Our PERMA Reading is based on the most prominent theoretical approach in Positive Psychology developed by Martin Seligman. The reading is guided by the 5 main pillars said to guide us towards a life of thriving, flourishing and empowerment also known as PERMA. Each question the tarot card works with is inspired by each of the pillars.
During the reading, we will work through these questions:
